What it means for me
To use non-face-to-face care for the first time, you must confirm the clinic is in the same state as your registered address.
If you work in another state, it may be difficult to have a first visit at a clinic in a different state from your residence.
For chronic condition repeat prescriptions, you must have a face-to-face care record within 6 months to qualify for general non-face-to-face care.
