We check public sources firstPolicy comes from the government's Korea Policy Briefing, benefits from Gov24, economic indicators from the Bank of Korea and the Korea Real Estate Board, weather from the Korea Meteorological Administration — data published by public institutions is our foundation.

We cross-check many outletsWe gather several reports on the same event and write around the facts they share. Stories reported by only one outlet get less weight and are marked "1 source". Numbers and dates are checked automatically against the originals.

We strip out sensationalism and biasNo fear-mongering, exaggeration or sensational wording. We say whether something is confirmed, planned or still under review, and we always show the original sources.

Editorial principles

We cross-check reports. Each page shows how many outlets reported it. A story from only one outlet is marked "1 source" and gets less weight until other reports confirm it. We never call it an "exclusive".
We always cite the originals. Every page lists the outlets and links behind it. Photos are the lead photos of those outlets, credited.
AI helps summarize and organize. Pages are written by AI, and numbers and dates are automatically checked against the originals. Pages that fail the check go out only after a person reviews them. Mistakes can still happen — check the originals and official announcements before important decisions.
Ads don't choose our stories. There are no screen ads. Only on living, economy and policy pages may we introduce related products — the page comes first, the product is added later. Never on accident, crime, disaster, health or politics pages. (Affiliate disclosure)
We correct mistakes. Send a correction or rebuttal request and we will check and fix it.
